We provide FREE worldwide shipping, with an estimated delivery time of 5-14 days for orders within the UK. All packages are shipped via a trackable method. Once we receive the tracking number from our shipping partner, we will send it to you via email.

Order Cancellations
Once processing has begun, we are unable to cancel orders. If you wish to cancel your order, please email us within 5 hours of placing it. Order Tracking
After your order is shipped and our database is updated with the tracking number, we will send you an email with the tracking information. You can use this information to monitor your package's progress. - Check your email for a message from our store, then copy the six-digit verification code provided.
- Return to the online store and enter the six-digit verification code.
3. Select the order you wish to return.
4. If your order includes multiple items, choose the specific items you want to return.
5. Indicate your reason for returning and include any notes for our team.
6. Click Request Return.
If your return request is approved and shipping is necessary, you will receive an email with shipping instructions and a return label. After we receive the returned product, we will process your refund.
When will I receive my refund?
Your refund will be processed back to your original payment method once we receive and inspect your return. This typically takes about 72 business hours.

Can I add items to an existing order?
